Descriptions
Requirements :
- Either have a University Degree in Social Science or Communication relevant disciplines;
- 5 subjects at Grade E in HKCEE / Level 2 (Pass) in HKDSE including English (Syllabus B in HKCEE) and Chinese;
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience in community relations / managing internal communications and events management, preferably with NGO experience;
- Strong market sense for social good;
- A good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong organisational, multitasking, and time management skills;
- Proficient in Canva, Photoshop Illustrator, MS Office including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and social media platform;
- Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on experience in Digital and Social Media.
Job Duties :
- Support PWD units to design, execute and monitor marketing promotions campaign;
- Develop and Execute an Online and Offline Promotion Plan for PWD units and Event Projects;
- Manage and liaise with designers, production house and external agencies / vendors for marketing collateral development for PWD units;
- Anchor adaptation of key campaign assets as per marketing brief;
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to implement marketing campaigns to achieve service objectives.
Working Hours : 44 hours per week
Working Location : Kowloon East
